Astragalus - (Astragalus membranaceus) [dried root] immune system tonic (not stimulant) especially for stress-aggravated immune weakness
Burdock Root – (Arctium lapa) [fresh root] a liver ally that HBKT clear up acne with consistent use for a minimum of six weeks
Bilberry – (Vaccinium myrtillus) [dried fruit] HBKT help functioning of the eyes, high in antioxidants, helps keep blood platelets from sticking together
Boneset – (Eupatorium perfoliatum) [fresh flowering tops] my first experience was for keeping ‘the flu’ from sinking deep into the lungs, then Matthew Wood noted its effect on the nerve SHEATH as in Lyme that acts like MS
Calendula – (Calendula officinalis) [fresh flowers w/calyx] anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, HBKT stimulate bile, astringent, antiseptic, gentle
California Poppy – (Escholzia californica) [fresh flowering plant] None too tasty, but nicely relaxing
Cayenne – (Capsicum annuum) [ripe peppers] circulation balancing, lung-revving, thins mucus
Chickweed – (Stellaria media) [fresh plant] the cooling, dissolving fat emulsifier. Diuretic and eventually helpful against cysts.
Clary Sage – (Salvia sclarea) [fresh leaves/flowers] fragrant, female hormone balancing and restoring
Cleavers -- (Gallium aparine) [fresh plant] the supreme lymph gland drainer and as such, it’s somewhat diuretic
Dandelion Root – (Taraxacum officinale) [fresh root] HBKT increase hydrochloric acid for better digestion and is a splendid liver tonic
Dill seed – (Anethum graveolens) [mature seeds] HBKT dissolve internal gas beautifully
X Elderflower – (Sambucus cerulea/nigra) [fresh flowers] HBKT have deep, but gentle effect on lung problems, said to be anti-viral, can help break a fever
X ElderBERRY – HBKT be great preventative for colds and flu, can be taken every hour, anti-viral yet doesn’t stimulate immune system.
Elecampane (Inula helenium) [fresh root] bronchitis, flu, chronic respiratory stuff, loosens phlegm (ready in Dec)
Gingko leaves – (Gingko biloba) [fresh autumn leaves] HBKT increase circulation, particularly within brain. Use caution in bleeding disorders. Also said to be helpful in tinnitus. (ready in Dec)
Goldenrod – (Solidago spp) [fresh flowering tops] HBKT reduce inflammation, reduces phlegm of sinus problems. NOT to be used by folks with severe yellow pollen allergies!
Hawthorn berry – (Crataegus laevigata) [fresh/dried berries] Heart strengthening, blood-pressure balancing and delicious
Horsetail – (Equisetum arvense) [fresh early tops] somewhat styptic, splendid source of minerals, helpful in UTI’s
Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) [fresh flowering tops] anti-viral, anti-spasmodic, expectorant
Lemon Balm -- (Melissa officinalis) [pre-flowering leaves] the supreme decongestant in every sense. Decongests sinuses, moods and muscles. Good depression lifter if St J’s isn’t your ally.
X Lovage root (Levisticum officinale) [fresh root] common cousin to Osha, used more for minor allergy symptoms. Fast-acting, not long-lasting
Milk Thistle Seed – (Silybum marianum) [dried seeds] HBKTPROTECT the liver from drugs, alcohol, hormone surges, exposure to toxins.
Monarda – (Monarda fistulosa) [flowering tops and leaves] spicy, STRONG, serious anti-infective, but also deeply healing/inspiring in tiny doses {half oz only}
Motherwort –(Leonurus cardiaca) [fresh flowering tops] HBKT take the edge off the edgies. For anxiety, crankiness, pms, racing heart, hot flashes. Keep in mind that it can be blood thinning in repeated doses.
Mugwort –(Artemesia vulgaris) [flowering tops] hormone-balancing and transition-strengthening for the menopausal women
Mullein leaf – (Verbascum thapsus) [fresh pre-flowering leaves] serious lung SOOTHER, gentle expectorant
Mullein ROOT – [fresh fall-dug roots] for structural injuries
Nettle – (Urtica dioica) [pre-blooming tops] mostly for lungs flirting with pneumonia internally, also externally for burns (?! Matthew Wood)

Osha Root – (Ligusticum porteri) [dried root] HBKT STOP a serious allergic reaction taking 5-10 drops under tongue IMMEDIATELY {half ounce only}
Passionvine – (Passiflora incarnata) [fresh leaves] HBKT be calming and relaxing
Plantain – (Plantago major) [pre-blooming leaves] specific for bee sting pain (externally) and oral healing (as mouth rinse diluted with water) also for deep, chronic illnesses
Red Clover – (Trifolium pratense) [fresh flowers] BEST source of non-soy phyto-estrogens, HBKT be anti-cancer in a big way, (normalizes thyroid function?)
Rosemary – (Rosmarinus officinalis) [fresh needles] uplifting, brain-brightening, headaches

Spilanthes – (Spilanthes acmella) [fresh flowering tops]Packs that tongue-tingle that Echinacea ROOT does, supposedly a good immune STIMULATOR. Increases saliva production so very good for dry mouth and gum infections, and is supposedly good against blood parasites as well as Lyme spirochetes
Teasel Root – (Dipsacus sylvestris) [fresh root] the plant I credit with my now being cured of Lyme Disease
Thyme – (Thymus vulgaris) [flowering tops] serious anti-infective, small doses
Usnea – (Usnea spp) [hanging lichens] magically fragrant, has PROFOUND effect on lungs in incredibly TINY (single drop) doses, also helpful for UTI {half oz only, $10}
Vitex Berry – (Vitex agnus-castis) [dried berries] splendid early or peri-menopausal ally. Balancing, can be libido-restoring. HBKT possibly worsen emotional symptoms later on the menopausal hormonacoaster for some
White Oak Bark – (Quercus alba) [dried inner bark] teeth-tightening, gum strengthening mouth wash-diluted.
X White Sage – (Artemesia apiana) [dried leaves] SO fragrant. Used as mouthwash, underarm deodorant or cologne!
White Willow Bark – (Salix alba) [dried inner bark] nature’s aspirin, with blood-thinning capabilities
Wild Lettuce – (Lactuca spp) [pre-blooming leaves] another relaxer
Wood Betony – (Betonicifolia officinalis) [pre-blooming fresh leaves] all about the Solar Plexus, both to strengthen our power center and regulate our center of all things digestive
Wormwood -- (Artemesia absinthium) [fresh flowering tops] HBKT stop stomach/intestinal ‘bugs’ in their tracks and food poisoning too. Take no more than 10 drops PER DAY. Also helpful against parasites. {half ounce only}
Yarrow – (Achillea millefolium) [fresh flowering tops] seriously antiseptic, insect repellent, astringent, HBKT make a fever WORK, can staunch bleeding
Yellow Dock – (Rumex crispus) [fresh root] great, absorbable source of iron, liver tonic and also helps you absorb more iron from the other foods you eat. Laxative in large doses.
ST JOHN’S WORT INFUSED OIL [fresh flowering tops in Olive Oil] HBKT relax muscles, eventually address tendons and ligaments and even restore nerve function with a minimum of 2 weeks’ use. External use only. 1oz $6
